If you are at the beginning and unsure of a direction, Space Dialogue is the natural starting point. It gives both of us a clear picture. If you have already committed to a space and need a full design to guide your renovation, Design Craft & Documentation builds that plan in detail. Realization Guidance is for clients who want continuity from concept through to a finished space.

We begin with a site visit and a listening session. From there, we develop a design direction for your review, refine it across two rounds of feedback, and produce a complete specification package — materials, finishes, furniture, and spatial layout — that your contractors can work from directly.

Design Craft & Documentation takes 6–10 weeks depending on the complexity of the space. If you engage Realization Guidance for the construction phase, that adds a further 8–16 weeks on site. The total depends on scope, contractor availability, and the pace you prefer to move at.

Our primary base is Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. For projects in other Malaysian cities, we assess each case individually — reach out and we can discuss what is possible.

Yes. Client spaces and project details are shared only with the contractors and suppliers directly involved in your project. We do not publish project photography or reference client spaces without explicit written consent.

Space Dialogue includes a measured site visit, a recorded conversation about how you use your space and what you find lacking or promising in it, a written brief summarizing spatial qualities and potential, and a curated set of references to establish a visual direction. The complete package is delivered within one week at MYR 480.
